Hello Students,
My name is Noopur Khachane and I am a member of the Society of Women Engineers at UCSD. This year we are starting an exciting new program for high school students called PEP or Peer Engineering Program. This program will give students the opportunity to work on a engineering project team under the guidance of college engineering students. Each team will consist of 3-4 students and who will be put together based on their interests. You will learn all aspects of a project team: budgeting, planning, and fabrication. Students will also learn important engineering skills such as soldering, coding, and/or CAD. They will also be able to work in the labs on our campus. Through this program students will get a head start in their engineering journey.
